Project Characteristics:
It is the first green carbon-neutral building demonstration project in China that realizes "zero carbon, zero energy consumption, zero water consumption, zero waste, zero formaldehyde" and "5Z system" (Zero) that is perceivable, touchable and has global influence. Taking the "5Z system" as the design concept, renewable energy and materials are applied, indoor resources are rationally utilized, and modular design, industrial production, and prefabricated construction are adopted to achieve maximum energy saving and recycling throughout the building's life cycle. The exterior design of the integrated green technology demonstration building in the Yangtze River Delta integrates high-efficiency photovoltaics with horizontal and vertical shading systems. It adopts a passive energy-saving curtain wall with five-glass dual-chamber glass. At the same time, it is also equipped with efficient prefabricated photovoltaic panels on the roof, making use of the building's appearance. Photovoltaic power generation, and customized tilts for each photovoltaic building material according to the solar radiation angle to improve power generation efficiency.
Energy saving effect: The total installed capacity of the building is 492.63kW, and the average annual power generation is about 434,000 kWh, which is equivalent to an average annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions of about 182.5 tons and a saving of 139.05 tons of standard coal.
