China bipv solar panel factory

Gain Solar is a china bipv solar panel factory established in 2007, which it is the daughter company of Yingli Group. It can provide the building photovoltaic-integrated (BIPV) green material, we envision a world where solar energy is generated by any surface touched by the sun.

The revolutionary building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) systems offer architects, engineers, building owners, and investors the opportunity to embrace and profit from solar energy without compromising beauty.

Compared with the traditional distributed power station with components on the roof of the color steel plate, the BIPV system solution has many bright spots and advantages:

Good adaptability, suitable for all conventional framed solar modules;

Satisfy the three characteristics of wind pressure resistance, air tightness, and water tightness of the building;

Meet the requirements of anti-leakage, anti-settling, and anti-stretching of conventional buildings;

Wide range of use, suitable for most ordinary old and newly built steel structure workshops;

High appearance, meeting the requirements of architectural aesthetics.

FAQ

Is it best for me to put solar panels or solar collectors on my roof?

The main difference between solar panels and solar collectors is that solar panels are used to generate electricity using the sun. A solar collector captures the heat from the sun and transfers this heat via a pipe system to a solar boiler. It just depends on what you would like to make more sustainable, the electricity or hot water. You can of course also choose both options.

Does it still make sense to take solar panels now that the netting may not take place and something will take its place?

It remains useful to have solar panels installed, despite the fact that the netting scheme changes. If the solar panels are purchased before 2023, you will benefit from the maximum netting percentage (100%) until 2031. After 2023, this percentage will decrease, but it will still be attractive to install solar panels on your roof. This calculation has been worked out here: Solar panels: less netting, yet attractive | Environment Central

If I get a fire from my solar panels, what should I do? Is the installer liable?

The chance that a fire will start due to a solar power system is very small (0.0023%). Who can be held liable in such a case differs per situation. If it turns out that the installer has been negligent in the installation of the solar panels, the installer is liable. If you have solar panels installed, it is wise to take out building insurance.

If I have solar panels installed, can I also use them in the winter?

Solar panels use the light from the sun to produce electricity. Every day it gets light and the sun shines every now and then, so your solar panels also provide energy in the autumn and winter period. In these months, less is generated compared to the spring and summer months.

As the prodeesinal BIPV R&D and sales company, we under the support of four National R&D and innovation platforms, including the State Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials and Technology and the National Key Laboratory of Energy Photovoltaic Technology.

Ten(10) billions RMB in R&D funds, cultivated over 2,000 professionals in related fields, and launched a total of 12 Generation of BIPV products, hundreds of photovoltaic + products, applied in thousands of PV green buildings.

Also Gain Solar have accumulatively applied for 292 patents, edited and participated in the compilation of 16 various standards, the number of patent authorizations and participation in standards ranked first in the industry .

BIPV modules

BIPV modules use crystalline silicon-based solar cells or thin-film technologies such as amorphous silicon, cadmium telluride and copper indium gallium selenide. Most technologies can achieve varying degrees of transparency by spacing the opaque solar cells or making the thin film layer transparent.

BIPV modules replace traditional building envelope materials and generate electricity at the same time. By avoiding the cost of traditional building materials, the lifecycle cost of a PV system is greatly increased.

BIPV system components

BIPV systems typically consist of the following components.

Photovoltaic modules (thin film or crystalline).

Charge controllers, which are used in some systems to regulate the power to and from the energy storage bank.

Energy storage systems, consisting of a utility grid or multiple batteries in a utility interaction system.

Power conversion equipment - in particular inverters for converting the DC output of BIPV modules to AC power compatible with the utility grid.

Standby power in a stand-alone system (optional) - usually a diesel generator.

Support and installation hardware, wiring and safety disconnects.
